3. User Accounts & Identity Verification

3.1 Account Creation

5. Tasks, Escrow Payments & Payouts

Task payments are deposited securely into escrow upon hiring and released to the worker upon task completion and customer approval. Platform service fees are calculated dynamically based on task category and membership level.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

Users retain ownership of content they create and submit, granting Cazipro a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process such content for platform operations.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards, engage in fraudulent transactions, or breach these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cazipro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cazipro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
